Abstract: The integrated technology of injection-production separation of thermal recovery wells is studied and the key supporting tools are developed in order to solve the problems caused by no effective separation measures for injection section and production section during thermal recovery wells in Bohai Oilfield, including the unbalanced utilization level of reservoirs, sand jam and sand burial during multi cycles of huff and puff, etc. The technology optimizes the injection-production parameters and the length of horizontal injection-production section by numerical simulation software, and achieves rational configuration of injection-production resources and fine injection-production by reasonably arranging the high temperature insertion seals, high temperature injection valves and production valves. This technology not only realizes uniform steam injection in horizontal section and improves the utilization level of horizontal section, but also effectively reduces the risk of sand production in wellbore by secondary sand filtration, prolongs the life of thermal recovery wells and increases the economic benefits of thermal recovery. At present, this technology has been successfully applied in thermal recovery wells of heavy oil in Bohai Oilfield. The cumulative oil production in this cycle is 6515 tons, which is 1520 tons more than that in the previous cycle, and good results have been achieved. The integrated technology of injection-production separation provides a new technical means for fine and efficient production and sand control of thermal recovery wells in Bohai Oilfield.

摘要:  针对目前渤海油田热采井注入段和采出段未采取有效的分隔措施,造成储层动用程度不均衡,多轮次吞吐过程中易出现砂卡、砂埋等问题,开展了热采井注采分离一体化技术研究,并研制了关键配套工具。该技术通过数值模拟软件优化注采参数及水平段注采段长度,合理布置高温插入密封器、高温注入阀及采出阀,达到合理配置注采资源,实现精细化注采。该工艺技术不仅能实现水平段分段均匀注汽、提高水平段动用程度,而且能有效降低井筒出砂的风险,二次滤砂延长热采井寿命,提高热采经济效益。目前该技术已成功在渤海油田稠油热采井中应用,周期产油6 515 t,与上周期相比增油1 520 t,取得了良好的效果。注采分离一体化技术为渤海油田热采井精细、高效开采,防砂、治砂提供了新的技术手段。
